I just wanted to say thank you for hosting such a fantastic event. The food was constantly commented on for being both inventive and delicious by our clients, and given they are constantly wined and dined, this is some praise. The arancini balls with truffle mayo were simply one of the best canapes I have ever eaten! Also I would like to add, your team served with both professionalism and friendliness and it was a slick, seamless operation. I wouldn’t hesitate to use you for our forthcoming corporate events. Just wanted to let you know that the canapés were a big hit! They were so delicious and everyone absolutely loved the food – so thank you very much! (I could have made a meal of the pork sliders!)I have already passed on your name to some friends – most of them are local – hope it translates into business for you.
